Sheryl Kara Sandberg is an American business executive, billionaire, and philanthropist.
Sandberg is best known as the chief operating officer (COO) of Meta Platforms, a position from which she announced, on June 1, 2022, that she is stepping down in the fall. Sandberg is also the founder of LeanIn.Org.

Dave Goldberg’s death was originally reported as resulting from sustaining a head trauma falling from a treadmill, while the couple was vacationing in Mexico.
However, Sandberg has disputed those reports and has subsequently said that her husband’s cause of death was due to an arrhythmia (Improper beating of the heart, whether irregular, too fast or too slow) , and not due to falling from a treadmill.
Sandberg is currently engaged to Kelton Global CEO Tom Bernthal and she announced their engagement via Facebook on February 3, 2020.
