Oklahoma softball coach, Patty Gasso and her husband Jim Gasso, have two sons – JT Gasso and DJ Gasso.
JT Gasso
JT is an assistant coach for the Oklahoma Sooners, and strictly assigned to the team’s outfielders and offense.
JT has been with the Sooners for five seasons now, and has seen them win four regular-season titles at Big 13.
They have also won the Big 12 Tournament twice under his supervision. JT earns a salary of $125,000 on a yearly basis.
He got married to his wife, Andrea Harrison, in December 2015.
DJ Gasso
DJ Gasso works as a hitting coach for the Utah staff.
He joined the team in June 2020.
Before now, he had spent two seasons as a graduate assistant at Oklahoma.
DJ played college baseball at Hutchinson Community College in Hutchinson, Kan.
He bagged his first degree in communication in 2017 from Bradley University. As an undergraduate, he was a standout baseball player.
He later earned his master’s degree in intercollegiate athletics administration at OU.
DJ is married to his sweetheart, Grace Parker. They got married in June 2021.
