Julie Christie grew up with her two siblings. A younger brother, Clive Christie and an older half-sister, June Christie.
June was born from her father’s relationship with an Indian tea picker on his plantation. June later died. Christie’s younger brother, Clive is not very known on the internet.
Their parents divorced when they were young and after the divorce, they spent time with their mother in rural wales.
Julie’s earliest role to gain attention was in BBC serial A for Andromeda (1961). She was a contender for the role of Honey Ryder in the first James Bond film, Dr No, but producer Albert R. Broccoli reportedly thought her breasts were too small.
