As we mentioned above in the education section, Revis showcased his mastery of the game since his childhood days. After completing his junior College studies, on January 10, 2007, Revis announced he wouldn’t pursue his senior year at Pittsburgh to enter the 2007 NFL Draft.

He joined the New York Jets on August 15, 2007, they signed a 47-page contract worth approximately $36 million over five years according to ESPN writer John Clayton.
